Brian founded RagingWeb.com in 1998 to focus on bringing powerful web technologies to local businesses and non-profits.
Initially using Microsoft tools, his knowledge has greatly expanded into the world of Open Source* and standards-based technology – providing clients well-supported, cost-effective software used by organizations around the world. His company’s niche is currently web-based Content Management Systems which provide organizations with new opportunities.

Brian’s experience working effectively with businesses and non-profits also stems from building community through many years of volunteering with non-profits, working with networks of independent businesses (including recent efforts forming the Seattle chapter of the Business Alliance for Local Living Economies), and has recently earned a graduate degree in the area of effective organizational change through Antioch University Seattle.

Skills: Proficient with web and database development using Open Source* software including Plone, Zope, PHP, MySQL, Python and Perl.
